Darla Dimple pencil test

As animators we need to create really strong key poses when we are animating a character. This is Darla Dimple from "Cats Don't Dance" reacting to a Buzzer at the beginning of the clip. Awesome movie. The poses I've made here are good , but can probably be pushed further. Alex suggested she hit the ceiling, and there be cracks there LOL!

RU-486 Storyboards

So I wrote a short story called RU-486, named after the prescription abortion pill. It about a teenage couple dealing with an unintended pregnancy. The scene I chose to draw begins when they are in the exam room of the abortion clinic waiting for the doctor.

Karl's Class

Last night we had the break I've been looking for , where Karl finally gave us a longer pose. Hooray for 15s! Oh and if that front leg looks pretty good its because Karl came by and shaded it. Thanks Karl!
