Page 11

So... I may be guilty of giving this thing a big, dramatic Hollywood ending.

Page 9 & 10...

Are already looking a lot fancier than page 1, just because I'm learning the software now. Kinda crazy that I've learned so much that I'm already looking back on work that was done three months ago and sort of cringing. I'm realizing that a lot of the earlier pages will need to be touched up and brought up to speed at the end.
Overall, its been a good project to cut my teeth on, so that when I begin Invincible Summer I'm not totally green. Special thanks to Jules again who took some time today to skype with me and share some coloring tips. Thanks again Jules!

A handwriting font!

The Impact Monster WIP

Is only half colored but I feel like I've already learned a ton about working in color, and how to be more efficient in terms of the actual workflow of making a full color comic. For one thing it will be done all in Photoshop and Manga Studio next time. No 3rd party stuff...

Didn't realize how labor intensive this would be. Its become a lot bigger in scope than I originally planned, but I've already been able to show it to prospective clients as a portfolio piece, and I've learned a TON in the process, so that is good.
