Nosfurratu Cycle Test

So I've been working on an Animated short for the past 6 months or so called Nosfurratu (the vampire chihuahua). Right now I have a shot where the main characters are wilin out on a scooter and so I need to animate their hair flapping in the wind. I made this little test to see if this 8 frame cycle would work. Kinda chaotic but it gets the job done. Now all I have to do is apply it to the actual shot.
